Developing executive teams

With so many leadership teams still working remotely, it is a challenge to for leaders to work at the right level to ensure a strong focus on the strategic agenda. Leaders need to feel connected and aligned so they can facilitate a seamless delivery of key changes which are very likely to be needed in the current climate.
This week Graham Stickland, one of our directors, was delighted to design and deliver a programme for the executive team of a luxury retail client in the US. Prior to the main workshop the team completed 360 profiles and had individual interviews to discuss the results and any individual challenges. Graham then facilitated a one day interactive workshop for the whole team who were all working from different geographical locations.
