Andrew Jones, one of our senior consultants, is delighted to be supporting Porsche Middle East and Africa FZE with their new product launches in Dubai.
We are working with them to deliver new curriculum for all customer facing staff. The training will embed the mindset which truly values customers and drives behaviours that build positive, emotional responses from them.
