A learning journey - combine online  management skills modules with face to face or virtual classrooms to enhance and embed learning 

There is a growing need for more flexible, cost effective learning that extends beyond the classroom, focusing both on performance and providing support at the point of need. 

Our online platform, provided by our partner company The Learning Huddle, gives an online community space where participants can access robustly designed online modules any time, anywhere and can also share ideas and experience with their colleagues. 

Our online modules include support from one of our experts throughout a participant's learning journey. The addition of online training can build on and integrate the learning from the face to face programmes or virtual classrooms, providing a learning journey that suits all participants needs.
